V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba dle katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1kona bezchybn\u011b specifikovat p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 nemovitosti, nebo\u0165 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b chybn\u00e9ho ozna\u010den\u00ed V\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b vklad nepovol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakmile m\u00e1te hotovou kupn\u00ed smlouvu, zb\u00fdv\u00e1 V\u00e1m ji\u017e posledn\u00ed krok, a t\u00edm je pod\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu na vklad vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va pro kupuj\u00edc\u00edho, za kter\u00fd si katastr \u00fa\u010dtuje spr\u00e1vn\u00ed poplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1.000,- K\u010d.
